Orchard and Star Cooking Class & Dinner
Nestled right off of County Road 18 in Bloomville is Orchard and Star, an 18th century Catskill estate and orchard. We've been working with this orchard for years and many of its apples have found their way into our brandies, Eau de Vie and Pommeau. We'll be hosting a cooking class in the barn followed by a seated dinner that brings together the orchard, our distilled spirits, cider and local ingredients. Soft ripened cheeses, quince, fresh bread
Sparkling Cider from the Estate
The class will prepare the following dishes:

Braised Pork Belly, Roasted Sweet Potato, Blue Cheese
​
Roasted Pork Chops, Apples, Strickland Hollow Brandy and Crème Fraiche
​
Baked Apples stuffed with aromatic vegetables and brioche
​
Apple and Hazelnut Cake with Chantilly Cream
​
There will be a selection of our brandies, Eau de Vie and Pommeau to taste
along with older vintage ciders from the Estate

The Cooking Class and Dinner is $89 per guest inclusive
